As a creativity doula, I hold space to provide creatives with emotional, mental, and informational support as we explore your creative vision. Whether you have a new idea, a creation you’ve been sitting with and growing, are ready to share with the world, or desire support after you have shared this creation, this space is for you to be held through it all.

Are you a creative who desires a non-judgemental, warm, and encouraging space to be held at any point throughout your creative journey?

Do you have an idea, a vision, project, passions that need a safe space to be created, nurtured, and grown?

Have you felt afraid, nervous, or reluctant to share this with others causing you to keep your passions held within for longer than you desire?

Similar to childbirth, our creations that we bring earthside are sacred and deserving of nurturing support every step of the way. This is your sacred space to be held through your creative process no matter how big or small.

As a full spectrum doula/birthworker, we will apply a birthing model to your creation(s) to conceive of, gestate, birth, and/or sustain your creative vision/project once it’s earthside.

FAQs

  • Depending on your needs and desires, a session could include:

    • Grounding exercises

    • Check in/update on progress

    • Processing any hardships or challenges verbally and/or somatically

    • Creating relevant and aligned goals

    • Being held through affirmative and non-judgemental accountability to your goals to support your growth

  • A majority of our sessions will be virtual, which allows us the flexibility to work no matter where you are in the world!

    We can explore the potential for occasional in person sessions as desired.

  • Depending on your creative desires and needs, you will have the option to book individual sessions or create your own package. Individual sessions can cost anywhere between $150-200/hour. Packages will include multiple sessions overtime at a discounted rate.

    When we co-create your package, you will have a wide array of options for payment plans to serve both of our financial needs.

    Reduced rates available for Black, Indigenous, and/or migrant folks.

  • No! Part of our work together can include carving out intentional time and space to nurture your creative growth. Maybe you’re feeling creatively uninspired and that’s okay! We can work together to create a space for your creative dreams to flourish.

  • I hold space for anyone engaging in any type of creative practice—I encourage you to think as broadly as you desire in what you bring to this space.

    That being said, some examples include being held at any point in the process of creating a film, writing a book, making an album, putting together a photo series, hosting an event, starting an organization, or even having the space to harness general creative energy.
