FAQs

  • Somatic Sound Meditation synergistically combines body-based healing techniques, sound healing, and guided meditation to create space for ease, relaxation, and release.

  • All sessions begin with checking in and meeting you where you are at to determine what your desires and needs are for the session.

    From there, we will usually transition to a guided body scan meditation and engage with the senses to ground you and your body in the space around you. Healing sound will then enter the space, helping you to ground deeper into relaxation and release.

    Towards the end of the session, there will be time to share anything that may have come up for you and process together as needed.

  • Some of the benefits of Somatic Sound Meditation include stress relief, improved quality of sleep, increased focus and concentration, easing anxiety, emotional release, pain relief, enhanced self awareness, soothing depression, reducing inflammation and releasing stored tension in the body, and deep relaxation.

  • Currently, I primarily offer my services in Brooklyn and Manhattan & occasionally in Queens and The Bronx.

    If you live outside of NYC and would still like to work together, please feel free to connect with me! I am open to travel & offering my services outside of NYC under aligned circumstances.
